Each year, AzTech Controls, along with all other small businesses, goes through the pain and agony of reviewing its employee benefit programs. It’s never a pleasant task. I’ve worked in negotiating employee benefits programs for 35 years, and can’t remember one that hasn’t left me full of chagrin, except the last two.

Our group insurance programs were not the best value for our company nor for our employees. Rates were increasing and coverage was average… at best. After speaking with other business owners, it was suggested to speak with Creative Benefit Concepts. Creative offered better health care benefit options and improved service. Today’s programs are at much better values for a group our size!
